On September 5th, 2018, Adidas Originals released an animated short film on their official Youtube account. This animated short film is the sequel to the original video of the latest popular single “Feels Like Summer” by Childish Gambino in which Gambino opens the door and walks into the home to take off his shoes and then puts on the Adidas classic three-striped logo sneakers.
This animation is by Lvan Dixon and Greg Sharp, written by Fam Rothstein and directed by Donald Glover.
At the same time, Adidas Originals posted “A collaboration without boundaries, welcome to the family @ChildishGambino” on their official Instagram and officially announced a cross-border collaboration with Donald Glover, who became the latest brand ambassador for the brand.
