The Whiskey Bar & Museum is one of the largest complexes of its kind anywhere in the world, combining a bar-restaurant and a whiskey museum in one unique location. You’ll find it in Sarona’s historic Templer tunnel, which was home to a local winery in the 19th century and, until a decade ago, served the covert needs of the Mossad.

The Whiskey Bar & Museum walls are lined with more than 1,000 whiskey varieties that hail from an impressively wide range of countries, from classic whiskey-producing regions like Scotland and Ireland, to distilleries a little further afield, in Hong Kong and India. Every bottle you see in the Museum is available for tasting and purchasing.

The bar-restaurant’s modern kitchen offers dishes specifically designed to accentuate whiskey flavors while suiting the ambiance of this unusual setting. They include delicious cuts of smoked meat, vegan dishes, appetizers, and tempting desserts made by our pastry chefs right on the premises.
All there whiskey is served in 25ml measures in Glencairn glasses, which bring out the aroma and flavors of each drink.
